Characteristic

A. Long lasting color

Adopt  double resistant formula paint and anti-ultraviolet pigment,the gap between coating surface molecules is much smaller, which can effectively prevent the invasion of ultraviolet light and oxidation materials to protect resin and pigment from being demaged by ultraviolet light and oxidation materials. Therefore, resin the paint film can be protected from going bad and becoming chalked due to the effect of oxidation so that paint film will not be cracked and fall off easily. Protect paint molecules from being oxidized, denatured and discolored. Its color fastness is much better than that of like products in our country.

 B. Close-knit paint film

Produced with double resistant formula paint and stable paint-drying technology to make the resin molecules in the coatings form a complicated network structure when they get together, which can effectively improve the flexibility and compactness of paint film and improve the machining performance of color steel products. Paint film will not be cracked in the process of machining. And also, it will not be chapped after long-term outdoor use.

C. Perfect self-clean

Produced with double resistant formula paint and stable paint-drying technology, to improve the surface tension of paint film surface, reduce the adhesion of dust on the surface of color steel and keep it dust-free. Color steel products are free from dirt so they are also as good as new in spite of long-term use, and meanwhile they can be easily cleaned with water.

D. Rust resistant

Produced with double resistant formula paint so that its paint film is close-knit and the gap between resin molecules is much smaller, which can effectively protect color steel products from being rusted by some predisposing factors for rusting such as water and oxygen. Thus it further improves the performance of rust resistant of color steel products.

E. High-degree combination

Employ the technology of integration and infiltration, galvanized base plate undergone the texturing processing before being painted, and they are coated with excellent permeating agent. Permeating agent molecules penetrate into the surface of base plate and the interior of paint film and also reduce the surface tension of base plate to make base plate and paint film get together closely and enhance the firmness of paint film. After the process of machining and long-term use, paint film will not easily fall off to ensure long lasting color and protection.
