QA&QC

Each line has 2 QC for 24hours inspection, which coil will leave 10cm*100cm steel strip as sample.

Technology Innovations

Base metal are Frosted treatment, which can make paint and substrate combine more closely, improve the adhesive of paint.

Painting

We can use different kind of paint, have regular cooperation with International brand paint, like AKZO NOBEL, BECKER, KCC, NIPPON, PPG and Chinese brand paint, which can ensure our PPGI/PPGL use at least 8-10years.

Material

Our cold roll material mainly supplied by Chinese state mills, like SHOUGANG, SHANGANG and some mills in Hebei province, Which can ensure our metal surface and shape more stable and smooth.
